Course Objectives
The Cause 2000 recognises the need for culturally sensitive training and development for men and women who wish to work in the care industry. We have embarked on an innovative project in an effort to understand and highlight the needs of men and women from the Minority communities living in the UK . Courses are provided in-house or can be tailor-made to suit your organisation. Our vision is to maximise the cultural for all, and to become a more diverse community.

Conclusion
There are many approaches to delivering services which meet the diverse needs of older people. Developing services from the perspective of the user has benefits for the older person and the service provider.
